- All tuition & board payments are due on the 1st, late by the 5th, late fees apply
- One rescheduled class will be guaranteed per quarter with 24 hour notice
- Classes requesting reschedules in addition to the one guaranteed will be accommodated as best as possible, but will be forfeited if not used in an existing spot in 60 days.
- All horse show seasons are run on monthly package plans, due any date within each month.
- 30 day notice is required to discontinue class sessions, training packages, board , or lease non-renewal.
- Stable system is utilized for billing , scheduling, and reminders
- Please remember to clean your tack, and wipe bits down after EACH use.

- All riders must have a signed release on file , and wear an ATSM certified helmet at ALL times when mounted, including guests.
- No outside dogs/ pets please
- All haul-in clients must have a current coggins and shot record on file
- Children under 16 must have an assigned adult on property/ no -drop offs without prior approval
- Children under 12 must have an adult within arms reach when going to pastures, in stalls with animals, or handling.
- Clean up manure from wash rack , aisleways, or main traffic areas
- Pick up behind yourself , and look out for eachother. Be a good barn team
- If you turned it on, turn it back off, if you opened it, shut it.
